When I envisioned FloW, I didn't just want to create another fitness studio. I wanted to build a sanctuary, a place where women could shed the weight of expectations and reconnect with their authentic selves.

My own journey taught me that true strength isn't just physical. It's the courage to show up for yourself, the resilience to keep growing, and the grace to honor where you are right now. That's the heart of FloW.

Here, you'll find more than pilates. You'll discover a community that celebrates you, practices that transform you, and a space that holds you. Every woman who enters becomes part of our story, and every story matters.

Got questions about our studio?

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Pilates is typically practiced barefoot or in grip socks. Avoid overly loose clothing as it can get in the way during exercises.

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our certified instructors will guide you through proper form and modifications to suit your fitness level.

We provide all necessary equipment including reformers, mats, resistance bands, magic circles, and props. You just need to bring yourself and a water bottle. We also have showers and lockers available for your convenience.

We recommend starting with 2-3 sessions per week to see results. Consistency is key in pilates. As you progress, you can increase frequency based on your goals and schedule. Our membership plans are designed to support regular practice.

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary first class so you can experience our studio and teaching style. You can also purchase single class passes or class packs before committing to a membership.

FloW is a women-only space designed to empower and support. We combine traditional pilates with face yoga, life coaching, and holistic wellness approaches. Our community-focused environment creates a safe space for women to grow stronger physically and mentally.
